Judge Cognetti

Court is held Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. Judge Cognetti presides on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. Court is NOT held on the 5th Tuesday of any given month.

Judge Amond

Court is held Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. Judge Amond presides on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Court is NOT held on the 5th Wednesday of any given month.

Contacting the Court

You may call, fax, or email the Court at any time. Your message will be answered within a few days, depending on the Court schedule. You may also leave payments or documents for the Court in the black drop box to the right as your approach the entrance to Town Hall. Do not send Court documents via email—they should be sent via USPS, fax, or placed in the drop box. 

 

Please remember it is imperative you attend your first scheduled Court appearance so that we may properly arraign you, get you an attorney if you qualify, and advise you of the various ways in which your case can be handled.

 

Court personnel will be in attendance at 5 p.m. on each Court date. This time provides you an opportunity to meet with personnel and hopefully resolve any outstanding issues they may have.
