Town Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are open to the public and held at the Pompey Town Hall, 8354 U.S. Route 20, Pompey Center, Pompey, New York.

The Town Board is the legislative, appropriating, governing, and policy determining body of the town and exercises all such powers and duties as are conferred or imposed upon it. Some of the Town Board's other duties include: approval of budget modifications and transfers between budgeted appropriations in the annual budget or in the capital budget, if any; the making of studies and investigations as it deems to be in the best interest of the town.
