Lions Club

The Pompey Lions Club is a member of an International organization called Lions Club International.

Lions Club International was founded in 1917 and is well known today for their work towards ending preventable blindness. There are over 48,000 Lions clubs around the world. Each is filled with people who’ve decided to take action and serve others.

The Pompey Lions Club was formed in 1965 dedicated to addressing the needs of the Pompey community and its extended communities. Club members actively embrace the motto of Lions Club International: "WE SERVE."
