Swim Program 2022 UPDATE

Dear Swim Parents,


The Cazenovia College pool will reopen on Thursday, June 30! We appreciate your patience and will see everyone at class Thursday morning.


Updated session and makeup dates:

Session 1: Thursday, June 30–Wednesday, July 20

Session 2: Thursday, July 21–Wednesday, August 10

The Town of Pompey Swim Program serves the youth in our community and surrounding areas. 

Two three-week sessions are available:

  • Session 1: June 30–July 20, 2022

  • Session 2: July 21–August 10, 2022

Classes are 45 minutes, Monday–Friday, beginning at 8 a.m. at the Cazenovia College pool. Parents must supply transportation.

Class Levels
  • Level I Fear of water, age 4+ 

  • Level II Fundamental Aquatic Skills, age 5+ 

  • Level III Stroke Development

  • Level IV Stroke Improvement 

  • Level V Stroke Refinement

  • Level VI Swimming & Skill Proficiency

  • Personal Water Safety (age 11+) 

  • WSIA (Water Safety Instructor Aid)



Pompey Residents: The fee for Town of Pompey residents will be $40 for the first child, $30 for the second child, $20 for the third child, and no more than $100 for any family with more than three children. 


This is a SUGGESTED fee which, if you are able to pay, should accompany your registration. If you are unable to pay, simply submit registration without payment. No child shall be denied participation in the program due to inability to pay.


Lafayette and Fabius Residents: Please use the registration forms below, designated for your towns, and mail them to your town official. Your town will pay the registration fee ($100 per child).


Non-Residents: The fee is $100 per child. Payment must accompany registration, please mail to swim program coordinator Meghan Campbell.
